Your product and program have given me the kick start that I needed.

Two years ago I first heard the word obese to descibe my frame. I'd always been the thin one but a rather long-term unemployment combined with increasing depression caused an emotional and impoverished diet. I gained 40 lbs in 3 years! Resigning myself to the fact that this was the new me at 55 yrs old, I gave away all my smaller sizes. Hiding beneath oversized tops and comfy elastic waste pants I had not only gained in weight but in age. I started to look older. I no longer wanted to be included in photos and could hardly bare to look at photographs from a few years back.
My neighbour heard about your program and asked a few of the ladies in our building if we would like to go. My first answer was no. With some prompting I went along with 3 others. I had little faith in your product, the staff or in myself. However after a few short weeks I did a complete turnabout. Your product worked, the staff was professional and encouraging, and I did have the ability to make the changes. My friends and I have become walking advertisements in our building and 3 others have gone on to try your product as a result of our initial success. The comfy elastic waist pants have been replaced by zippers and buttons and the oversized tops by fitted shirts and jackets. I am on my way to getting myself back!
